We have conducted market research in all states of Australia, New Zealand and portions of Asia, with research projects published in the USA and Europe.

We have extensive experience in the various market segments.  Over the course of the years and many research projects, we have developed a strong understanding and rapport with:

Medical Practitioners - General and specialized surgeons, cardiologists, radiologists, urologists, neurologists, oncologists, obstetricians and general practitioners.

Nursing - Operating theatre, ICU, cardiac catheter lab., radiology, hematology, wound care clinic, obstetrics, pathology, education, infection control, clinical purchasing.

Marketing Research projects need not initially involve significant time or cost...

Often, clients are initially unsure of the direction or scope they would like their research to take and avail themselves of our 'Quick Look" option, wherein we conduct a small, targeted project with a small sample of identified respondents. This 'Quick Look' will often confirm the direction and scope required for an in-depth project, and may sometimes eliminate the need for further research in the direction indicated.

As each research project is different, and the costs can vary widely depending upon the complexity of the issues involved or respondent base, we have priced this 'Quick Look' approach at a set A$3,200 plus GST (10%). The scope is small, but clearly defined before undertaken.

If you have a scope and direction clearly established, we will be very happy to prepare a Proposal for Research that will be a firm cost, if accepted, irrespective of the final timing and activity necessary to achieve the goals agreed upon.

 
Research Methodology

 

NET-based Survey Research

We have proprietary NET-based survey formats that allow respondents to answer questions via the Internet with their responses collated into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for ease of use in preparing reports and presentations.

 Face to face Research

Face-to-face research is conducted in all Australian states and New Zealand, and can also include Asian locations. Knowledge of the Asian market is based on managing operations in Asia, and marketing research and recruiting assignments for client companies.

 Telephone Research

Where a project requires telephone interviewing to supplement face-to-face research we have the experienced staff to provide effective results.
